Apple iPhone Earphones

Mad Catz Interactive, a third-party interactive entertainment accessory provider, and the creators of AirDrives Interactive Earphones, designed to blend music with life's surroundings, today announced plans to release a next generation of AirDrives, specifically created for use with the Apple iPhone. It is anticipated that the product will be commercially available in early 2008. Like the original AirDrives earphones, the iPhone model will feature an outer-ear design powered by InAir Technology, a breakthrough personal audio technology that lets users hear what's going on around them.

Cell phone projector from Microvision

Microvision, developer of light-scanning technologies for display and imaging products, will unveil at the Consumer Electronics Show (CES 2008) in Las Vegas next week an advanced prototype of the first handheld, battery-powered, ‘plug-and-play’ projector based on the company’s single micro-mirror laser scanning display technology. Code-named SHOW, Microvision’s stand-alone pico projector intended for mobile device applications, is powered by the company’s proprietary ultra-miniature PicoP display engine. Microvision will preview the PDA-sized, fully self-contained, battery operated, full-color laser projector to select global OEMs, mobile carriers, content providers, development partners and members of the media.

If there is one segment of the electronics industry that is growing very fast, it is the cell phone market. Where companies like Google get their interaction mostly from desktop and notebook users, the prediction is that within three years Google will become a mobile company. Powerful applications will drive smartphones to amazing levels of experiences. To reach this stage Cloud computing is needed. Super cloud computing will result in impressive user experiences. Today’s cell phones are capable of capturing Full HD video clips, and even 3D photo and later on video is ready to be integrated into this small electronic device. The mobile industry is adapting to the technology that is available. The consumer is waiting for the next generation of mobile devices. The Consumer Electronics Show 2012 in Las Vegas will showcase at least some of the first batch of new cell phones for this season.
