Report CES 2011 Show - LG Electronics (LG) is set to greatly expand the 3D home entertainment experience as it unveils a full range of 3D AV devices at CES 2011 in Las Vegas. The showpiece 3D devices include the LG HX996TS, a Real 3D Sound Home Cinema System; the LG HB906SB, a premium Blu-ray 3D DiscTM Home Cinema System; and the LG BD690, a Network Blu-ray 3D Disc Player that delivers the perfect 3D entertainment experience for every occasion and setting. Both of LG’s new Home Cinema Systems have super connectivity with full support for USB recordings and HDMI. They support built-in Wi-Fi applications, iPod and iPhone dock cradle, and a number of options for providing superior sound for 3D HDTVs.

LG HDTV
Infinia, an innovative new family of LED LCD HDTVs from LG Electronics that delivers “freedom through infinite possibilities,” highlights the company’s 2010 lineup of LED LCD HDTVs introduced at the International Consumer Electronics Show. LG Infinia HDTVs (the LE9500, LE8500 and LE7500 series) combine a slim design and thin bezel with enhanced connectivity and abundant content options. Leading the way to the ultimate home entertainment experience, the 55- and 47-inch class LG LE9500 sets will be LG’s first 3D-ready models available in the United States. Infinia is the flagship of LG’s 41-model LED LCD HDTV line - six new series of LED LCD HDTVs and five new series of LCD HDTVs.

LG underscored its commitment to the plasma HDTV category with eight new models for 2010, led by the new LG Infinia series, which represents the best in LG’s design, technology and entertainment options. LG has completely redesigned its plasma line for 2010, resulting in plasma sets that are slimmer and lighter than ever before. Featuring new picture-enhancing technology and lightweight designs in a variety of screen sizes, four new plasma series - the Infinia PK950 and PK750, as well as the PK550 and PJ350- were introduced today at the International Consumer Electronics Show.
